Our staff are working from home in line with government guidance but after a challenging year, we will be taking a break over Christmas from the 24th December 2020 and will reopen on the 4th January 2021.

We will still have some great content going out across our social media platforms and you’ll still be able to chat to other members for mutual support on our various private Facebook groups. However, if you are sending an email or messaging us direct please note that we will respond in the New Year.
We know that Christmas can be a difficult time of year for some families and this year COVID-19 restrictions will make it particularly hard. We will pick up and respond to urgent calls to our telephone helpline as quickly as possible but if you find yourself in a crisis situation, please see our ‘crisis support’ information for further sources of help.
Whilst this year’s festive celebrations may be very different to our usual celebrations, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Please stay safe.
