Unique generally does not pre-screen, monitor, or edit the Content posted by participants in chat rooms, message boards, or other interactive areas on Unique's website(s). However, Unique and its agents have the right at their sole discretion to remove any Content that, in Unique's sole judgment, does not comply with the guidelines in this Code of Online Conduct or is otherwise inappropriate for this forum, harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. Unique is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such Content.
The Unique website is not hosted on a secure server. For this reason Unique advises against you putting personal details, such as name, address, email address, financial details etc. on the Unique Discussion Forum but does not prevent you from doing so. Unique does not accept any responsibility for consequences arising from you publishing personal details on the Unique Discussion Forum.
To prevent misuse of the Unique Discussion Forum you should not divulge your Unique Discussion Forum login details to anyone else.
Most of the Content in the Unique Discussion Forum is provided by third parties like you. Such third-party Content is the sole responsibility of the person originating the Content.

the interactive areas on its website, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the Content, or for any losses or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of or reliance on any Content.
